Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that most of the Russian regions have direct trade and economic ties with Kazakhstan.
Addressing the participants of the plenary session of the 18th Interregional Cooperation Forum between Russia and Kazakhstan, which will be held in Orenburg, the head of state emphasized the development of interregional contacts, which continues to deepen.
“Currently, 76 of the 89 organizations that make up the Russian Federation have established direct commercial and economic ties with Kazakhstani partners. “Sister cities work together and very successfully,” said Putin.
In addition, the President recalled the high return on the traditional organization of Russian-Kazakh interregional forums. According to him, such events actually contribute to the expansion of ties between the Russian subjects and the regions of Kazakhstan.
