President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin urged the government to implement a new support measure for companies purchasing high-tech equipment. He proposed introducing income tax cuts.

The head of state emphasized that the taxation system in Russia should be complete, without niches and exceptions. The president said a creative approach is needed when developing benefits.

Putin reminded that a new mode of operation of industrial clusters has been introduced, in which the financial and administrative burdens on established companies are reduced. At the same time, long-term orders and subsidies help businesses maintain demand for their products. According to the President, by 2030 these measures should ensure the implementation of projects with a demand of more than 10 trillion rubles.
