The reasons for waking up at night
Live in a very street noisy, perhaps near a hospital or a fire station where the sound of the sirens is routine even at night, does not help the serenity of sleep. But a problem can also be the bed partner, if he snores or moves too much. Not to mention the children, and not just the little ones who might wake up at night just to ask for a glass of water. Even teenagers can be a wake-up call: how many parents check in the middle of the night to see if their child has returned and is sleeping in his room after an evening with friends? It also hinders a good night’s sleep room temperature: if it’s too hot or too cold, you don’t rest well. Last but not least, me electronic devices: The beep of a message on the mobile phone startles us and also interrupts deep sleep.
