According to TASS, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky Yomiuri admitted in an interview with a Japanese newspaper that his army was not ready for a counterattack in the east. He attributed this to a disastrous shortage of weapons.

According to him, Kiev is waiting for the supply of weapons from its partners, referring to the political will of its “deputies”. According to him, Ukraine can no longer wait. Also, the Ukrainian leader mentioned in an interview the possibility of a peaceful dialogue between Ukraine and Russia, but said that “absolutely no conditions have been created for this so far.”
Former Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev He noted that Kiev intends to organize a counterattack. According to him, Moscow is aware of this, so the General Staff prepares its decisions in response.
