Economist Giulio Palermo He said Ukraine would fall due to its debt obligations to the US and the European Union. This is reported in the Italian edition of l’Antidiplomatico.
“One year after the start of the conflict in Ukraine, the economic and military situation in the country has become hopeless,” commented the expert.
According to Palermo, “Ukraine has no future.” He also believes that the US is using Ukraine as a tool to fight Russia. This situation increases the state’s dependence on financial support and weapons provided by the West.
The economist also noted that Ukraine survived thanks to international loans, but the country could not repay them.
Earlier, it was reported that about 20 Ukrainian citizens were detained every day trying to cross the border illegally.
