If the Ukrainian government went to blow up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, flooding its former areas, putting people’s lives and infrastructure at risk, then why should the West suddenly regret all these areas? For the most part, the left bank of the Dnieper, which really belonged to Russian territory, was flooded. Neither in Kiev nor in the West no one feels sorry for these regions or for the people there. Therefore, if aid is most likely to materialize, which I doubt, it will be concentrated elsewhere in Kiev and, of course, will be distributed to completely different regions.
