The facts of the work of the biolaboratories established by the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine are carefully studied by the American expert community. This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Russian Embassy in the USA on April 28.

Analysts are interested in strains being studied in Washington-funded biological labs. It is also within the interest of the expert community to examine the dangers that such activities may pose to the population. The diplomatic mission noted that the US maintains norms in its legislation that allow work in the field of biological weapons.

“We note that the American expert community is increasingly rigorously analyzing the facts uncovered by our Armed Forces about the Pentagon’s illegal military biological activities in Ukraine,” the statement said.

Earlier, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev said that biological laboratories near the borders of the Russian Federation could threaten the security of the southern regions of the country. He clarified that the US-led biolaboratories opened in the territories of Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan pose a special danger.
