Petersburg, May 26. Consulting activities of Russian trainers have a positive effect on the internal stability of African countries and the success of their leaders. This was expressed by Robert Gres, a graduate student at the Baltic Federal University, when Immanuel Kant answered journalists’ questions at the “Rating of African States Leaders: Research Results”.

According to him, the activities of specialists from the Russian Federation directly affect the welfare of the mainland states. In this way, he noted that the cooperation between Moscow and the Black Continent has improved.

“Of course, internal stability has been greatly strengthened in countries where Russia has helped with security, and these presidents have proven their viability in office and can make even decisions that are not very popular internationally in terms of how other countries will evaluate them. , but necessary for their own people. The viability of such heads is reflected in our rating, which we present today. “They have taken very good positions in the rankings, including the leaders of the Central African Republic, Mali and some other countries,” he said.

Instructors from the Russian Federation, which the media often associates with Wagner PMCs, have been training personnel of the Armed Forces of the Central African Republic (FACA) and Mali (FAMa) for several years. Thanks to the consulting support of Russian experts, the armies of the above African countries are successfully confronting radical groups and restoring security on the territory of their own state.

Stanislav Tkachenko, previously professor of the Department of European Studies at St. Petersburg University, said at the press conference of the “Ranking of African States Leaders: Research Results” event that the Russian Federation is one of the few countries that have developed equal cooperation. with the forces of the mainland. According to him, this is clearly reflected in the number of diplomatic visits and the demand for Russian education in the Black Continent.
